Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu’s (POI) quest to represent Edo South in the Senate has received a significant boost with endorsements from prominent political figures.
Hon. Samson Osagie, former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Edo State, and Rt. Hon. Rasaq Bello Osagie have both voiced their support for Ize-Iyamu, describing him as a political leader the Bini people can trust.
Their validation underscores Ize-Iyamu’s deep roots and influence within the region.
During a recent visit to Hon. Rasaq Bello Osagie, Ize-Iyamu formally declared his senatorial ambition for the Edo South Senatorial District race.
As a founding member of the APC, Ize-Iyamu emphasized his capacity to bring positive change to the district.
He expressed his commitment to repositioning Edo South, promising to restore it to its former glory if given the opportunity to serve.
A key theme of Ize-Iyamu’s campaign is unity. He stressed the importance of Edo South speaking with one voice to achieve progress.
He assured his supporters that as their senator, he would effectively represent their interests and have direct access to the President to address critical issues facing the Edo South People and the state.
