Edo2024: Okpebholo seeks support of Auto Spare Parts dealers, promises to fix roads in Edo

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo weekend appealed to the people of Evbareke and Uwelu Spare parts markets in Egor local government Councils to vote for the APC in the September 21st governorship election.

Okpebholo spoke at Evbareke and Uwelu Spare parts markets during the party ward to ward campaign in Egor local government Councils.

The governorship candidate said he will ensure the roads leading to the markets are tared to make it accessible without difficulty.

According to him, “I will make sure I tared this road immediately I resume office as the governor of Edo State.I know fully well that the spare parts market contribute to the Economy of the state greatly”. He stated.The gubernatorial candidate  promised to provide a dividend of democracy to Edo State if given the mandate.

Also in Ikpoba okha local government area, Okpebholo  promised to  revive the Bendel brewery and ensure Ikpoba okha Youths are fully employed.

He noted that  , “We will employ 500 teachers within 100 days in office as well provide pipe borne water. There will be mechanised farming,  as Women will be given soft loan and 35% quota will be allocated to them in my cabinet.”

On his part, the Director General of  All Progressive Congress APC, Campaign, Matthew Urhokhide appealed to the people to vote for APC on election day.

Urhokhide said both Edo North and Central have all agreed with the Esan agenda, hence their choice of Senator Okpebholo as their party candidate.He said he believes in Monday Okpebholo as a good candidate that will listen to the yearning of the people.

Senator Adams Oshiomhole  called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its supporters to be vigilant and braced up for emerging threats against peaceful and credible conduct of Edo State gubernatorial election billed for September 21 2024.
