Former Edo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress Hon. Charles Idahosa is dead.
Hon. Charles Idahosa, who hails from the Uhunmwonde Local Government Council Area of Edo State, died at the age of 72.
Idahosa passed on Saturday, 20th December, 2025, in Benin after a brief illness.
Until his demise, he was a staunch political leader in Edo South Senatorial District and served as former Political Adviser to Adams Oshiomhole, Ex-governor of Edo State.
Idahosa was fondly known by many either as “Charlie Tempo” or “Akakasiaka”,.
He is survived by children and grandchildren.
